I used to go for walks in the morning, back when I worked from home and didn’t have any 6AM meetings. I’m not a morning person, so it was more by force of will than desire, but it was good exercise and it helped set me up for a day of sitting and working.
And there’s something about that dawn stillness – the light gradually filtering through the trees, clouds reflecting the sunrise; the way the birds start calling to re-establish their clans; the few other people out on the roads or walking as well and the nods or waves of shared experience. It felt like a good way to prepare for the day, physically and mentally.
So I hope this mix does that for you!
